Today we did mental math and for the rest of the class is a working period. Point to remember: If you know the slope of a parallel line and want to know the perpendicular line simply take the slope of line one (parallel) and flip it giving it a negative sign which gives you line two (perpendicular)
Example: Parallel: a/b
Perpendicular: -b/a
